This experience with Crash Champions at this location was phenomenal compared to my last visit. The gentleman who managed my car was kind, attentive, and prompt to respond. I took a gamble on trying a new location in hopes my experience would be better than my last, and it really was! Thank you!!

Location and dropping of the was good. I could not make it on Friday to pick up the car. I came on Saturday at 9am to pickup the car and it was dirty. I was offered to come back on Monday, but that was not going to work for me.

The car was not repaired properly. I got a dirty car inside an d out side. The guy could not find the paper work or keys. Took him a while to find it. The left side bumper is not tight. It is flooping.

Hazel and Teresa are amazing! From A to Z they covered and explained everything. Teresa was able to go over my damages and was so knowledgeable. She was so thoughtful when she said let's walk from the outside and not through the garage bc I had my kids with me and she didn't want them to get hurt. Small details like this go a long way and mean a lot. She is a keeper.
