Anna and her team went above and beyond. She communicates incredibly well, and worked hard to find parts that kept the total low enough to not be totaled. It was amazing and this is the fourth repair we have brought to Westway b/c of the great service. If I could hire her and her team I would in a second!

1. There were some new scratches on the tail gate. 2. They also forgot to put in the mat in the truck bed, necessitating another trip. 3. We received messages everyday that it was on schedule. When the day can, we received a message that it wasn't ready. They missed the schedule
