The drivers side at panel and door which was where the repair was done looks good but didn't lineup as evenly as the passenger side, when applying pressure to the eve by the side mirror there is some play in that area

the bumper is still sticking out a bit at the point of collision. there was also red paint still on the bumper also near the point of collision. i took pictures of this before i let the shop the day i picked up my car. the alignment is still misaligned and needs to be realigned. also i now hear a noise on my right side tire area near the collision. sounds like a clank / metal on metal sound when driving over bumps. very noticeable compared to the driver side you can hear something’s wrong. i was wondering if you guys checked through the suspension and control arm area all the components to make sure there was no damage to the non-visible parts of the car.

Everyone was friendly during the entire process. From intake to delivery. Ashley probably got tired of me but I couldn’t tell. We’re a busy family so it definitely impacted us but it was worth the wait. Thank you very much and you are all greatly appreciated.

Not satisfied with the completion of the services. I was totally disappointed with the pickup services of my Infiniti. I never again will have my car shipped out for repairs. Prior to this recent experience, Crash Champion rating was excellent.

I will never say ok to transferring my vehicle to a neighboring shop again. The vehicle was not at my pickup location on scheduled as promised. It didn't workout in my best interest. My lasted contact with the shop was to inquire about reimbursement or refund due to the inconvenience it caused me. I paid for two deductible when I did pickup my vehicle. I didn't like the fact the the tolling company and Crash Champion was on the same page. We have used the Hampton location and was very pleased. Noted by Enterprise, did they do anything for you?
