Overall customer service is great. The lady at the front desk, not sure of her name but often changes her hair color, sometimes is not pleasant and does not always acknowledge customers upon arrival.

I received 5 star service from start to finish. I would like to highlight the customer service beginning with Ashley at the Mesquite location. Her level of customer service, knowledge, and attitude is what will make you want to return. She’s welcoming and accommodating to your circumstances. They took great care of my vehicle I sustained hail damages and my car looks like showroom floor new. I would refer them again and AGAIN!!!
