I kept it short and sweet when I picked my car up and expressed my concerns throughout this process. I had a feeling based on the reviews online for this shop that I sent my car to the wrong place, but because I had just came off life support and wasn’t really coherent enough to do my due diligence I got stuck with these guys. To start Ashley delayed the completion of my estimate an entire week. Everyday I called they would say she wasn’t there and I had to wait until she was back. I had finally caught her that Friday and asked her about the status of my vehicle and she lied and said it was in paint and about to be put back togethe. I told her that’s impossible because Geico has not even received an estimate. She put me on hold and came back and then lied and said we had to delay the estimate because we were going back and forth with Range Rover to see what parts had to be on the car. That doesn’t take a week. I didn’t feel like arguing and after that call 15 minutes later I receive notice from Geico that an estimate had been submitted. What a coincidence. It took almost a little over a week before I received a call saying my vehicle was ready for pickup and they asked me when I could make it to pickup the car. I told them tomorrow morning by 10AM. I got there and Ashley was not there. The front desk lady was very pleasant and is probably the most deserving out of the entire building. She told me my car was detailed inside and out and she said my advisor would explain everything that was done to the car but because Ashley wasn’t there she would try to get someone else. They had a guy go get my car and pull it around. I asked him to explain the estimate and he couldn’t. He just walked through a general overview of the stuff he barely understood reading the estimate. He said they repaired the rear quarter panel and I couldn’t understand why because there was no damage to my rear quarter panel. I was tired and fatigued and didn’t feel like asking in depth questions to someone who clearly didn’t know. I got in my car and notice it was a mess. Everything from my trunk was tossed in my backseat with no rhyme or reason…not neatly just ridiculous. I start digging through the stuff and noticed trash in my car from parts they ordered to put on my car! I looked around my console and on the floors and nothing had been touched or detailed. I drove off and noticed my car was shaking above certain speeds and I smelt a burning smell like my engine was burning. I also told them the new tire they just put on my car was showing flat on the censor. I called the front desk lady and told her and she said she would tell Ashley. In the meantime I popped the hood and checked the oil level and there was NO OIL in my car….i drove to oreillys to make sure I was seeing correctly and they told me there was NO OIL in my car! Ashley called me the next morning and told me she was informed and to bring the car back. I did and I walked through all of my concerns with her. I told her I was fed up with their shop and they didn’t have to detail it because I wanted my car back or to take it elsewhere if they were not competent to do the needful. She told me she was going to go over everything with the shop manager. I get a call the next day and she told me they had everything situated. I get there and she told me they put air in the tire and confirmed there was no oil in the car and said it was a maintenance issue. She said the shop manager said I drove past my miles and di

I give the front desk lady a 10 but 1 one would reflect everyone else I dealt with.

Customer communications poor. I needed 2 other repairs other than the one they were repairing for the Hyundai dealership. They neglected to quote them. When I spoke with them, they quoted one but forgot about the other. The car was to be ready Friday but was not and no communications to tell me it was not ready. I’ll make sure to use another shop in the future.

Poor communications. Asked for 2 additional repair quotes which they forgot. Car was not ready when stated in text and no notification. I’ll need to go elsewhere if o need service.

Took too long to fix and everyday it was supposed to be ready they would add 2 more days to it. Picked it up and the inside is really dirty. It was clean when I left it there.
