The staff was very nice and checked on me to make sure I was taken care of and even allowed me to stay inside until Enterprise came to pick me up after two were closed for the day. My vehicle was ready before the expected time.

Extremely disappointed in the repairs. The prep, paint and finished product were sub par in my opinion. I have trash that visible on every panel. the paint has orange peel on multiple panels and body work on the lower 1/4 of the front door was extremely wavy. Lastly, they left swirls and visible light scratches all over the left side of my truck. I believe my truck was intentionally delivered without a wash (it was so dusty that my hands were dirty trying to inspect the truck - I was also still able to see the swirls through this.) Completing a $16,000 job and not even washing (not detailing) my truck should have been the first sign. The fact that i was called twice to inquire about when i would be picking up my truck lets me know a lot. No FQC or final inspection from someone that’s honest with the technician's about their work should be a concern here. All in all, I believe this job was rushed to get this job closed out for this month and it back fired tremendously.

The fender needed minor body work and paint. From the looks of the repair, they did not repair my entire fender (making this assumption due to damage that wasn’t repaired fully repaired.) Lastly, they left swirls and visible light scratches all over the left side of my truck as well as orange peel in various spots.
