10. They were awesome as they always are! The car is always immaculately cleaned also! The only thing I question is last time I had to have the car repaired from someone hitting me I received a quote from crash champions and my husband said check other repair facilities for price. I only checked 1 and that was caliber collision and caliber was cheaper than y’all. Also,, I hate, hate giving caliber my business due to an issue I had with one of the owners a few years back that just leaves a “bad taste in my mouth” because of the incident that happened.

Upon arrival on Monday, 7/22/24 at 8pm, I was met by Mr. Thomas Oakes. Very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I asked if he needed anything from me and he replied no, he has received everything from Allstate. He walked me thru the process and gave me an estimate on when the project would be completed. I was able to pickup my HR- V 2 days ahead of schedule. Mr. Andre walked me thru my warranty and what to do and not do to my vehicle, in reference to cleaning, washing or waxing. The whole team was great. I would definitely recommend family and friends to this location.
