From my arrival at Crash Champions to the delivery back to me, I am very happy with the experience I had with them. From the greeting to the constant communication on progress, to returning my truck and explaining everything they worked on, I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

On the key tag and paperwork I received after the repairs, there were 2 different colors for my truck's exterior paint. Key tag says maroon and final bill has auburn pearl. If you look at the tag inside the driver's door you'd see the correct color is Western Brown. Otherwise everything from drop off to pick up went very smoothly and I am happy with the repairs and every person I encountered. I was updated through text almost every day on the progress as they worked on the truck. The staff were so helpful and I feel they really cared about my situation. Everyone I saw was smiling and it looked like they enjoy their job, they were very thorough when diagnosing each part of my truck. I would definitely use their services again and refer them to others.
