From the time of first contact, I was treated as a VIP. Upfront details on repair procedures, assistance with information on rental, very professional, friendly staff, who were very communicative and responsive to my needs. Location was in a great location you could easily find, shop was clean and comfortable. I had daily communication on vehicle status and staff was very patient with me. Would definitely recommend and choose again. Love the lifetime warranty for my covered repairs.

My auto was stored outside. Not good for a very expensive collectors car. I know this because there was dirt in the frunk area as well as a rodent nest and chewed places in the car. This car was pristine. Only had it in to repair a curb scratch on the lower bumper. It was repaired, but it only takes a little time for a determined rodent to start to build a nest and chew away parts in an automobile. I wonder how many others may be affected by rodents needing to build nest for themselves in cars that are stored in the lot outside. The contact person brought the finding of the nest to my attention, but in no way was that car brought to the repair shop with a nest.
