Lisa and Sam were the people with whom I most dealt. I cannot tell you how lucky you are to have them as a member of your team. Covid changed customer service (in a negative way) almost everywhere. But somehow Crash Champions found to absolute heroes. Again, just….wow.

Hey, I love this Casa Grande location and people are outstanding with positive attitude and excellent communication. I was able to work with Sam, Lisa and Trinity they all are very caring people. I love this location, was first time and glad I chose Crash Champion over Caliber Collison, nothing wrong with as well. I like Crash Champion in many different ways. First of all staff was always very welcoming and best in communication. Sam, Trinity, Lisa and had opportunity to talk to David somewhere from Phoenix location. Lisa, Matt, and the entire team at Crash Champions in Casa Grande were absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure I had a great experience. Matt even took the time to walk with me next door to Enterprise to help clear up some confusion with my rental, which was well above and beyond what I expected. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. I wouldn't hesitate to trust Crash Champions with any future repairs, and I'll definitely be recommending Lisa and the rest of the team to my friends and family.
