Thought it was kind of long to have my car for a fender. But I don’t know what goes in to fixing a car. But the staff was very friendly.

My Experience

The process from start to finish was seamless. Staff was professional, kept me in the know at all times, and was a pleasure to work with. Moon Beam (my car) was in great hands and was well taken care of. 100% satisfied.

Did a nice job restoring car , just wish that messages I was receiving were more accurate on completion time, but I understand paint has to be applied dry , then car needs to be assembled. First I was told April 23 , estimated finish time then switched to 27th got car on the 28th.

Many scratches missed on the body. Was promised the vehicle 3 different times. Left work early to find it not ready yet.

Customer Service

Was given incorrect information causing lost work and rescheduling.

I got updates on the work via text but on the day I was told it would be ready there was a delay. I had to call to learn this as they didn't inform me.

Communication's a bit lacking. I received an automated text on Friday saying the car was almost done. But it wasn't done on Friday. When Monday rolled around I called in the morning; they said later that day. I called again close to closing time (4:30 PM) and they said it would be reading in 20 minutes. If I hadn't called, I don't see how I would have made it to the shop before closing time, and have incurred an extra day on the rental I had. Additionally, they had to keep the car for the whole week just to fix a mirror. I don't see why that's the policy. It was fine to drive; I could have kept it until the part came in.
