My driver's side seat was returned to me broken. Im still waiting for a call back s I called the same day I picked it up. Last week sometime and I emailed pics of it and they said they would get back to me but havent yet. This is annoying as now I have to figure out when to get the car back in there when it should have been taken care of or noticed before it was returned to me

We were really happy with our experience. The work to get our dent out and paint color matched was top notch and the customer service to accommodate our schedule was invaluable. Jacalyn was so sincerely kind and communicative which you can’t always find in this line of service. While we don’t hope to have to use these car repair services again any time soon, we are glad to know that there is a company and team out there that will thoughtfully take care of our needs should we have any other incidents.
