The customer service was SPECTACULAR! I was kept very well updated and felt well taken care of throughout the process. My only complaint however is the amount of time it took to complete the repairs (about 6 weeks) and the quality of the work (my trunk is not aligned correctly with the rear end panel). I plan to contact the shop to have some of the work re-done soon and I know that I will be well cared for during that time.
