Nash was so professional and so courteous. He made a very difficult situation easier. I was very unhappy with AAA’s handling of the whole situation, but Nash and crash champions were very good at helping me understand everything that needed to be done and keeping in contact with me on returning my calls and my text.. again Nash was very, very helpful very professional very courteous very kind and very understanding.
