I had been going to Caliber Collision and can not be happier to have changed to Crash Champions. I hope to not have another collision however, if it were to happen, I'd recommend Crash Champions any day. My repairs in the past always took a month minimum but here, we had our vehicle back in less than 2 weeks and the repairs were perfect.

Crash Champians went far and beyond in repairing my vehicle. Estimate was very fair and explained. Repairs were done before estimated time. When I got to the parking lot I did not recognize my repaired car at first because it looked like they had detailed the inside and out. I highly recommend Collison Champians for any car Collison Repaired! And the two beautiful ladies that worked on and explained my bill only made things that much better! You were patient, kind and professional. The repair took longer than expected but that's not your fault. Once you were able to work it out with insurance it went pretty quickly aside from when I had to wait a little longer bc the wrong mirror was ordered. There was also tape residue on my door. Not a horrible thing and I was able to get it off. However you also forgot to put the drill holes in the front so that i can use my front license plate. You can see the indentation for where the drill holes are supposed to be. But no actual drill holes were put in so I can't attach my front license plate.

Having some issues with the reverse light and brake light on passenger and will need to take car back.
