Karen at the front desk was amazing! She answered all and any questions I had. I just didn’t like that I didn’t get additional communication on what was happening with my car after I left the shop.

My vehicle was dirty inside and outside. My gas tank was brought in full. I picked it up on completely empty. It appears that an area on the fender needs to be touched up. I haven't given a complete inspection of the repairs to say if any other areas need to be touched up. I will stop by one day next week that I I'm off for your inspection. The mileage was higher than it was when I dropped off my vehicle. Please explain all the above. I want to thank you for taking the time out of your evening to wait for my arrival due to the making it difficult to pass through due to the wreck on Ft. Campbell Blvd.
