I had an excellent experience with crash champions. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the automated system for notifications kept me up-to-date every bit of the way my car was ready as promised and looked like it’s original condition when I picked it up. I was very impressed with the staff, the work, and also that the office was decorated so festively for the holiday season. I would highly recommend Crash Champions to anyone who needs professional work done on their vehicle.

The repair looks great, but unfortunately, my brand new battery died and I had to replace it. It was very frustrating to receive my car back on October 30 and then the next morning my car wouldn’t start and also I have to replace the shocks that hold up my hood I understand that you will inform me that that had nothing to do with the repairs but both of those items were working perfectly fine when I dropped it off, but I do thank you for the excellent work you did on the bumper.

Left wheel has some sort of gray-ish finish that isn’t oem. This powder is flaking and has formed an abrasive surface on the wheel. The wheel should HAVE a gloss finish with metallic-glitter like reflections. It should be smooth to the touch and have a waxy feeling. This wheel finish is coarse and not a satisfactory or factory-appearance repair. A replacement would have yielded a better outcome.

Wheel is spray painted with materials that don’t belong there. The wheel does not match the other wheels either. Poor quality job. There’s grainy residue because it wasn’t polished/sanded down

El color de la pintura quedó identico, me orientaron adecuadamente, Micheal es bilingue y me asistió con el seguro.. dejé el auto rentado en su negocio y sé encargaron de notificar al seguro y auto renta...me dieron documento con la información detallada de piezas,costo, reparación ..me entregaron el auto 7 días antes de lo estimado. Gracias..
