The reason for the 7 is that I am still waiting for the two small parts to get put in to complete the work on my vehicle. No one has called me to give me an update about this parts. Otherwise, I would’ve given a 10 for excellent staff, friendly and great work on my car

The bodywork is complete and looks great. However, my truck has been in the GM dealer since the day. I got it back because it was not put together properly and I’m having problems. The dealer said there weren’t clips in place there were hoses disconnected, etc..

I’d recommend anyone to go there. Hopefully not for an accident, but just to get things fixed as things happen. Absolutely excellent experience. Especially with Alex who is one of the more professional and personable people I’ve worked with. I was hit by another driver and concerned I’d lose my car. I know I’m one of many customers, but Alex made me feel like I was his only customer and that goes very far with me. I’ll be recommending his location to everyone as a result of how he treated me.

They operate on the highest level of professionalism, from the front desk staff coordinating my rental, to Alex who handles every part of the repairs. He ensured everything was done to perfection.
