When we dropped off the car, there were no check engine lights on whatsoever. When the car was returned and picked up, there was a light indicator regarding the tire traction sensor illuminated. Less than five minutes after picking the car up I called to let them know about this situation, and the response was well. It wasn’t on when the final check was done. That is besides the point, this light was not on before it was dropped off. Even after letting them know this issue, we have not received one phone call to bring the car in or to schedule an appointment for it to be resolved!
