First off, I noticed in the paperwork that I received after the repair included a complete completed customer survey. This survey was very flattering. I never completed a survey. I feel the communication that I received about the progress of my repairs was very lacking. I understand there was difficulty in getting a part. However, every time I called to get an update, I was given a different story on what the delay was. This doesn’t exactly inspire confidence.
