Scott Joiner kept me informed of the car repairs and of revised quote and repair time throughout the entire repair process. I picked up the vehicle on a Friday afternoon about 5 pm. I was very surprised that they had even vacuumed the car as I use it for errands for my mom and to take her to doctor appointments. Thank you very much for a very wonderful and pleasant experience. Kian Green was very responsive and great letting me know everything going on. Was just disappointed in when I when to pick up the car the first time and something’s weren’t working correctly and paint line was noticeable crooked. Also both time went to pick up car it was not very well cleaned which was very noticeable. Second time picked up everything worked but still car was not even cleaned.

Y’all did a really good job however, the only thing holding me back from drop a 10 star review is that, yall forgot to put one of my clips onto my bumper when yall fixed it. If I wasn’t with my friend that noticed it and I just drove off, in due time I think I would’ve felt the consequences of that. Besides that, the work was amazing. Thank you kindly

Repairs on my vehicle are great. The timing was a little prolonged but I understand and wanted my vehicle to be repaired accurately so the time it took for repairs was irrelevant.
