I'm severely impressed by my experience here, and this will definitely be my go-to location if needed in the future! Frankly, my car is in better shape now than it has been in quite a while. Considering the excellent job repairing the recent damage, the repairs being completed sooner than anticipated, and even fixing the poor repair job done by a different place from previous damage, I'm very happy with with the condition of my car and my overall experience here. On top of this, the customer service was fantastic as well! This is a very clean and welcoming location, and there was clear, consistent communication and care taken over the course of my experience here! Lam and Patricia were both great to work with throughout the whole experience! I'm very thankful I chose this location, and was able to get my case handled by them! Thank you!

I had no idea that dealing with a “body shop” could be so pleasant and rewarding. Lam Vu, the service advisor that dealt with my case, was amazing. He went way beyond expectations to make sure that my car was restored to mint condition and kept me informed every step of the way. Patricia Hernandez, the office administrator, OMG!, what a jewel. Not often can you find such a combination of friendliness and professionalism. I definitely would recommend Caliber for the very best in collision repair!
