Patricia was AMAZING and EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable about the in's and outs of insurance companies. She kept me informed about the progress of my repairs, in which I was really appreciative. Cerber collision did an excellent job with my vehicle repair the only flaw. I had a telephone holder mounted on my dashboard and they broke it broke it off and no one never said anything and they never addressed it that's my only problem I had and if possible I would like to have that replaced it was brand new

First look was the cleanliness of the shop. The people that I worked with were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable which made me feel comfortable leaving my truck with them. They also made this task of dropping off my truck and picking it up very easy by contacting the car rental place for me. Very happy I coded this company!
