I just got the car; from the outside it looks good. I have to wait a while driving it.But the lady at the reception area is very nice and friendly. Very professional in giving me updates on my car. The few times I have spoken with the guys; they were also nice and polite plus professional.

I received very professional service from Gerber and when I picked up my car today it was so clean it looked like a brand new car. Even the leather seats had been cleaned and it was ready several days earlier than scheduled. Every one was so nice but I would like to give special recognition to Kymnr T. and Turner Williams at Enterprise Rentals for being very kind and thoughtful. I think Gerber really has something special going on. I loved going to one location and being able to pay my bill, pick up my car and leave my rental car. That’s efficiency and one-stop shopping! Love it!
