Great job by the entire team, from the front desk person to the gentleman who explained the details regarding my vehicle. He level-set expectations and kept me informed throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated. This is my second great experience at this location. Hopefully, I won't have any more car accidents, but I would absolutely recommend the folks at this Gerber location.

Everything that was damaged looks to be fixed. The finish is seamless with the rest of the car. And they finished everything in 9 days from the time it was dropped off to the time I picked it up. Thats 9 days earlier than what they originally quoted which is excellent!! I didn’t have to hassle them about updates either. Also front desk quickly got the forms I needed to fill out to me digitally, so I didn’t even have to go in until it was time to pick up my car. Overall, this has probably been the most seamless experience I’ve had dealing with a vehicle repair shop. Thank you!

The Gerber staff were extremely helpful and provided amazing service. I dropped my car off on a Monday and was able to pickup on a Thursday! They coordinated with the rental car company I used which made drop off extremely easy. 10/10 service and will always use them moving forward.
