I was completely satisfied except for one thing. I kept getting calls directing me to make my appointment. This was while my vehicle was in being worked on. I do not think this was the fault of anyone at the local Caliber Collision. They were all great. I suspect this was a glitch in the corporate software.

The service was excellent! Everyone at Caliber was kind and professional. I really appreciated the frequency of communication about the progress as well. Being able to leave our rental at Caliber once the work was complete was an added bonus.

Really great experience (even though dealing with a car accident) The front staff was friendly and helpful with my questions. But the real standout was Chris who handled my repairs. He was super responsive and knowledgeable to my many many questions. I’m very happy to have my car back!
