I had an excellent experience with Crash Champions. I especially want to recognize Ricardo for his outstanding customer service, professionalism, and communication throughout the entire repair process. Ricardo kept me informed every step of the way with regular updates, so I never had to call and ask about the status of my vehicle. His proactive communication gave me peace of mind and made the entire experience stress-free. The work was perfectly done, and this business has been one of the best in Milpitas since opening. We are obviously returning customers because the team has always been really professional. I’m very happy with the quality of the repairs and truly appreciate Ricardo’s dedication and excellent work. We don’t wait that long to finished the repair . What I meant is take about 1 week to repaired my pumper and paint and replace the damaged .
