On examining the supposedly new bumper closely, I could detect that the paint is peeling off an edge of the bumper (near the tail light) and one side of the bumper is not really flush with the side panel of the car.

I informed all the details before quoting the rate, but when they start working the quote got more then double, with out any change from the details which I provided, the time and cost increased, which I was not happy
