I was thoroughly impressed with your entire operation from the friendly receptionist including the service advisor Dean Kang and the updates I received keeping me informed as to the status of my car. The most surprising thing of all was the way my car looked when I picked it up. It looked just outstanding. It was obvious to me that some time and effort was expended in cleaning the car exterior after the repairs were made. I am very appreciative of that effort Thank you, Art Ebright
