The job was terrible, I could have done better myself, the gaps on the alignment of the parts was rediculous , I definitely want it fixed properly! I’m paying for first class workmanship, that’s definitely not what I got! I waited 10 weeks to get my truck into the shop, then they said four days to fix it, it ended up being 12 days and a terrible job! I definitely expect to hear back from travelers about this matter !

The regular text updates were helpful and appreciated. I was impressed with the team's ability to repair the damage. A nice bonus was how clean the car was upon delivery (my daughter was thrilled!)

Was told before I made appointment to have my car fixed there. "We can do mechanical fixes if needed". That was a flat lie, since you could not handle a simple alignment.

The repair that was done is good, but there were more scratches on my grill that were not repaired, and when my husband brought it in to show you. He was told that the scratches did not come from the accident. He was told that we scraped it driving over something. This is not true, so I am not satisfied with the repair.

Employees at Crash Champions were efficient, polite, and had the car repaired a month ahead of the original guesstimate. The car itself came back perfect. While I hope not to need a repair service again, I'll choose Crash Champions if I need help in the future.
