Did not like the manager she made up a lie . Told state farm that my car was in perfect conditions. When I dropped it off and when I left. If that was so , y would I have taken it in ,and waisted money on a rental.

No one physically went over the car repairs with us upon picking it up.

Upon picking up I felt the front desk person should have reviewed the repairs and inspected the car with us. There was a lack of communication with the rental company about pick up procedures.

The staff was very knowledgeable (every single person we spoke to knew their Sh*t). The attention to details was on point. We didn't even noticed that one of the headlight casings was damaged until the lady pointed it out (she knew her stuff). Got our son's car back better than new. Overall a great experience and we are happy customers
