Car took 3 months to get fixed. The day that it was finally fixed i get a call at 4 pm saying that i have until 5pm to pick it up since now is ready. I was never told that the car was going to be ready that friday, every time we talked they would tell me everything is going good we are working on it. You cannot count on peoples time like that and just push someone to go out of their way to pick up a car that now from all the sudden happens to be fixed and if I didn’t pick it up on that same day at 5, travelers wouldnt cover the rental. This is very upsetting

bed side is not flush with the cab of the truck like the other side of the truck is and the other 2 trucks i have at work are. tail gate pops open like its not adjusted right.
