Crash Champions were professional and courteous, the only thing I found slightly annoying was that i tried several times to call about my vehicle and there was no answer to the phone, otherwise I was very satisfied with the service.

I was worked into the schedule very quickly, updated on the repairs almost daily, and no issues through the process. Unfortunately when I got my car back, there was a large coolant leak from a radiator hose clamp that was left loose. Fortunately it was an easy fix and I work somewhere that someone was able to fix it, this could have left me stranded and needing to be towed. Otherwise I would give a 10 rating.

They were awesome. Always kept me informed and took care of all the logistics! All I pretty much had to do was drop off and pick up!

Timing good. Extra request handled with nonstop sue. Replacement piece was returned with scratches already on it. Inside of car needed to cleaned to remove some sort of residue- driver side door.
