I’m really disappointed with how this situation was handled. I specifically asked you to save the old part of my car, and you agreed to do so, but when the time came, it wasn’t kept. On top of that, I’m not satisfied with the bumper, and now I have to order another one to replace it. One of the parts that was repaired has also fallen off. I expected the work to be done properly and for the agreements we made to be respected. I would appreciate it if you could take responsibility for these issues and let me know how you plan to resolve them.

My bmw was hit when park on the side of the road both doors was damaged and my handle and mirror it took a bit for the car to get work on because of a problem with the other person insurance but once they started it took a fair amount of time and came back looking 3x better and they left my rims and car clean 100% satisfaction

My door was not on correctly and there was a small part missing in the rubber at my windshield. After not having my car for several weeks, I had to take time to go back to get it fixed.
