I got it back with a bulb out in one of the rear tail lights and low tire pressure, and it was out of gas. Overall the repair looks really good though and I'm happy with the work.

I went to pick up my vehicle and my battery was completely dead and unable to start. There are marks on my car that were not there before the repairs. The initial parts that they got in did not pass quality control and caused me to be without my vehicle for three weeks. I continuously was told that my vehicle would be done by the end of the day and it was never completed. I am not entirely satisfied with their work and will not be using them ever again and will be letting people know about my experience.

More than 10 problems with the truck. The pickup bed does not line up with the cab. The roof repair is visible, the roof panel "oil cans", the center brake lamp does not fit the roof and water will get into the cab, right front filler panel is scratched, mark on right rear of bed, paint overspray in doorjambs, black trim on roof is not tight, missing clips, tailgate gap to left bedside is very wide compared to right side, inside of cab behind seats was not cleaned, decal on left bed-side, the side that was replaced, it 3/4" lower that of the right side. The bed cover was never ordered before I picked up the truck.

When Jimmy Eschbach did the estimate, he said the roof could be fixed, when Kim Riggs looked at the roof after I noticed the waves in the roof, she said, they should have re-skinned the roof. When she got the mechanic who made the roof repair look at his work, he told her, the painter should have pointed out the problem. After I got the truck home and noticed the center brake lamp did not fit as it should, I called Kim. Her comment about the work was, nobody is perfect.

Good customer service. They did a nice job, took a bit longer then what I was told. I wish they would have updated me vs me having to call to find out I had to wait to pick up car. Overall I would recommend.
