From the moment I came in to drop my car, I received excellent customer service from the intake person to the representative that assessed my car and marked the areas that needed repairs. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions. They ensure pick up by enterprise and explained what to expect while my car was being fixed. Upon pick up, again they both were extremely helpful and made sure I was satisfied with the work done.
