Still don't have my car back, so I wouldn't know what the repairs look like. My vehicle has been there since April 4th 2022 with ZERO communication. Was told it would be done today May 2nd. Still have not received any news other than this survey email.

Terrible customer service, communication and excuses. I've now made car payments on a car that I haven't had/driven for a month and now I still have to pay my deductible. I will never use crash champions again nor will I recommend your services.

Had to return a couple times to ask questions about a light on the dash, and a noise coming from the back of the car. All items were fixed, but why was it not seen or heard on a test drive to make sure everything was good to go?
