Again, this will be better determined when the repairs missed are fixed. But I am happy with the repairs they did do.

Repair Quality

What was repaired was done very well but they missed some places that were meant to be repaired so until that is taken care of, I can’t accurately answer this. It will depend on how easily the rest of the repairs are taken care of.

Customer Service

Everyone was really nice and helpful. Again, this will be better determined when I get more information on how the repairs missed will be handled.

This was the worst repair experience ever. Updates they promised never happened unless I called them to ask for an update. And often no one answered the phone and their voicemail was full. Took them a week to do and upload a damage inspection. Two weeks later they still didn't have the parts to replace my exhaust system. I was told more than once repair could be a problem due the age of my car (2000 Toyota RAV4). My car has 130K miles, is in great operating condition. There was no engine or body damage. No mechanical failure. It needed a new exhaust. At the end of the third week when they still hadn't begun repair I reached out to my claims adjuster and had my car towed to a different collision repair shop. One week later I was on the road again with my (aged ) Toyota in perfect working condition. I would not take my car to Crash Champion again, or recommend them to anyone else. I'd also like to know where they had it parked for three weeks since there's damage now to the paint on the passenger side. Looks as though it may be from tree sap.

Customer Service

Updates they promised didn't happen. I had to call and ask for updates. Many times no one answered the phone and I was switched to voicemail and couldn't even leave a message because their voicemail was full. I was repeatedly told by the shop manager that the age of my car could be a problem, first because Geico might not approve their estimate for repair, then because they might not be able to find the parts, and then because they might have a problem cutting out the catalytic converter from my car. I was given dates for when they would have the necessary parts but never got them. And I was given a date for pick up. But when I called the shop on that date 9/14, I was told they still didn't have the cat converter. My car was towed to Crash Champion on 8/27. On 9/16, I had it towed to another repair shop and picked it up on 9/23 with the repairs completed.

My Experience

The only problem I experienced with your work was your timeing. I was told that it would take about two weeks to repair. Then I got a call in about three days later telling me the car was ready for pick up? It worked o out, but that really caught me off guard. But it worked out. Thank You,nice job

My Experience

Nice work and professional staff w friendly concern in their demeanor.

I was very impressed with the quality of work. The paint on my vehicle is complicated and not easily replicated yet, they were able to make the repairs seamlessly.

Customer Service

All staff I encountered during the process of repairing my vehicle were very helpful and courteous. Their knowledge of dealing with collision repairs made the experience a positive one.

Radio was not working properly upon return of vehicle. Ended up having to take it to a car audio tech to have it fixed.

Customer Service

My issue was with the communication. There were constant delays in the repair of my vehicle which required you to have my vehicle for almost 2 months. I constantly had to call to get updates when I was not updated by the time given by management. I also would advise you to clear your voicemail so that you are able to see when customers are calling since the phone was not always answered during business hours.

They didn’t have my rental car ready for the first day, had to wait almost two hours, tried to look up my policy info online but there was no cellular service or customer WiFi available at the Enterprise office and the Geico call wait time was 45 minutes.. so I had to leave to go back to work. The next day I ended up taking an Uber back to the Enterprise office, which was costly. Then it took a month to fix what was originally supposed to take a week. Each week it would get pushed back another week. I got my car back and it smelled musty, not sure why? Almost like there was flooding? Also, the brake noise discovered after the accident I described twice when I dropped it off was obviously not looked at or addressed. Almost the whole month of August I was on call waiting to get my car back on Tuesday then Thursday then Tuesday again. It made it impossible to plan anything or go out of town. I essentially lost a whole summer month dealing with this. It was nice to have the rental while I was waiting.. but that’s about it.

Customer Service

The people working there were nice but they are obviously too busy, need more employees, and need better access to information. Anytime there was a question in regards to the policy or coverage they had to call Geico and sit on the phone waiting 45 minutes for a representative.
