Beautiful work! The vehicle looks brand new. *NOTE: A very small detail ... there was a "plug" above the license plate that was damaged in the accident and placed in the trunk of the vehicle (as per NJM rep). The plug was not replaced and was missing from the trunk. Is this something that I can order/purchase through the Lincoln Dealer and replace by me? Please advise. Thank you -

Excellent! The front office staff was very cordial. I was invited to sit comfortably in the lobby until the rental car was ready. The staff explained the repair work that was to be completer on my vehicle. All questions were answered.

was told the repairs would be done in 6-7 day they had the car for 11 days and I had to continue to call and stress I needed back but close of day on 6/9 and I did get that day. But molding/trim on bottom of door they fixed needs a clamp to be fixed , I called them 6/15 about it and they are to call me back and have not heard from them. I wil be calling there again today.
