The reason for the six it’s because I reached out and requested for a call because there was adhesive left on my door and the tech who did the trimming on my door did not do it correctly and I received no call back/ response to fix my concerns. When you are not as attentive to me once everything was finished as you were with me walking in, there will be know excellent response from me.
