The original damage is undetectable and looks like new. I was impressed that the aluminum trunk door was able to be repaired, saving the obtrusive replacement of the whole trunk. I was amazed it was completed so fast and we're back in our Tesla.

Mona and Bill were very helpful and responsive, going out of their way to stay late so we could pick up our car after closing hours. Bill explained the repair and warranty to my satisfaction. Even let us drop off the rental at the shop and arranging for pickup the next morning.

Very prompt when dealing with insurance, car was earlier than promised due date, worked with my schedule, Mariah was great with her voicemails and keeping me up to date even though I missed many of her calls, car was returned like new, cleaned and shiny. Fantastic. Unfortunate that the final cost was almost double the estimate, but does happen and insurance took care of it.
