Crash Champions is proof that world class service still exists. From the moment I pulled up in their lot, to getting my car back just days later, Gordon and the entire team at Crash Champions were incredibly helpful, professional, thorough, and transparent. There was a point where the insurance covering the repair wanted the shop to service the car in a way that deviated their usual process, but Crash Champions stuck to their guns and to make sure the job was completed according to Tesla certification. They could have easily just said OK and took the money or blamed the insurance, but they stood firm on their business, and I really appreciate that. While I never hope to find myself in this situation again, I will 100% be going back to Crash Champions for any future work on my cars.

Crash Champions completely repaired the damaged area, restoring it so perfectly that there is absolutely no trace of the damage left. I am truly grateful for their skilled workmanship. Although some parts needed to be replaced, the job was finished in about ten days—a very speedy turnaround.
