Lack of customer service and status updates really hurt my feelings on the shop. When you were former Arnold's Body Shop it was run better.
Repair Quality - 3.0/5.0 -
The repair quality was good but the lack of communication and time to get it fixed was not good.
Customer Service - 1.5/5.0 -
It took almost a week for State Farm to get the estimate for the repairs and took almost a month to fix the cars with very limited reach out by the shop about the status.

This was our first deer collision, and I expected Crash Champions to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and clearly explain all accident-related damage. I told my insurance company that the front of the vehicle was damaged and that, immediately after the collision, the trunk would not open and the rear air conditioning stopped working. Crash Champions kept my vehicle for approximately one month, and their representative knew about the trunk and rear air-conditioning problems. However, he assumed they were unrelated to the collision and did not investigate them, even though the impact had damaged the fuse-box area. After the vehicle was returned to me, my insurance company indicated that the trunk and rear ac not functioning may not due to the deer collision. They explained that if Toyota confirmed the trunk and rear air-conditioning problems were related to the deer collision, the repair costs would be covered. I took the vehicle to Toyota, worried that we might have to pay for the diagnostic testing and repairs ourselves. Toyota replaced the fuses for the trunk and rear air conditioning, and both immediately began working again. My greatest frustration is that Crash Champions knew about these problems but returned the vehicle without diagnosing them or giving me a clear explanation. Customers should not be expected to understand how collision damage, the fuse box, the trunk, and the rear air conditioning are connected. That is why we rely on trained repair professionals. Crash Champions should clearly inform customers about all identified damage, exactly what the insurance company has authorized them to repair, and which reported problems are not included in that authorization. This information must be shared before the vehicle is returned so the customer has an opportunity to contact the insurance company, request further evaluation, and resolve any coverage questions. A vehicle should not be returned after a month of repairs with known and unresolved problems that were never properly investigated.
