It looks like the repair was done correctly, but vehicle incurred damage after the repair, likely from moving it on and out of the shop. So it is hard to answer this survey. I was going to ignore, but you keep pinging me for a response. Scott Rice was great to work with and I expect all will be made right with the repair of the additional damage.

Vanessa at the front desk was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The gentleman that looked over the car was a professional and very kind as well. The car looks great!

Both Dan at Champion and Mason at Progressive were very helpful and professionals. My truck was repaired ahead of schedule and it looks great. I will definitely recommend Crash Champion to other’s. Mason was very good on keeping me aware of the status and progress of the repairs. The lady at the front desk was also very attentive and professional.

Car looks great, very professional job. We really appreciate the help we had, while waiting for our estimate appointment one of the estimators - wish I knew his name - secured some loose body parts so we were able to drive our car around town until it could be repaired. That was a lifesaver!
