Everyone was so helpful during this process. Dominic was great at listening to my concerns. When I picked up my car Dominic walk me around the car and told me if I noticed anything when I got home or at anytime to call and he would address it at that time. Thank you for a job done correctly the first time. Customer service was great.

I was very happy with the springfield location. I didn't feel like the Branson locations customer service was the best. Branson did the work and did a great job. The office clerk wasn't the most friendly person. The office staff at the apringfoeld location was unbelievable so nice so helpful. I wish I could remember the lady's name at the springfield location she was amazing.Thank you to everyone that made this process so smooth.

Communication was terrible throughout the time they had my vehicle, repairs were missed so we have to take it back in, we received it back with glass still inside, sanding dust covering the interior, tape residue on the outside.

The entire process was awful. My car was there for over 2 1/2 months. Damage should have been assessed, I should have been able to pick up my car and bring it back when the parts had arrived. Parts were on back order, that cannot be helped, but we kept receiving texts about how it was almost completed, yet it continued to be pushed back. The only time we spoke to a person (not electronic communication) was when we would call.
