The staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly they make sure everything was fine for me even the rental, the repairs took less than expected and they did really good job! The Branson location had to take over the repairs of our car due to unfortunate circumstances at the Springfield office. The service they provided was far better than any I received from Springfield, however the communication was still very delayed & created a lot of additional frustration. Tyler was very kind & professional though. And the experience after he reached out was good. Tyler & Chuck both seemed very concerned & also that they really cared about our situation

They went out of their way to help us out. We were five and a half hours from home when I wrecked our car, our insurance company told us where to take it. They set up the rental car took me to get and we were on our way home. All of this before the rental company closed.

Lisa was absolutely crucial to getting my car fixed. I was working with an out of town valet company that damaged my car. She called them and kept in contact with both myself and the person at the valet company. Lisa made sure they would pay for everything so I didn't need to worry. She truly went above and beyond what any other body shop person would have done. So about the body shop..I cannot tell my vehicle was ever damaged. It looks brand new and I am 100 % happy with their work. They also got me in and out in 1 week. That was a huge concern for me not to be without my own vehicle for too long. The only reason I did not give 10 on the scale is because their was a tiny scratch they made on my bumper. I didn't want to be without my vehicle again so I didn't push getting that fixed. They tried some on the spot touch up but it didn't work. So, that is why the nine. Crash Champion's is an honest and upfront business. Honesty is super important along with customer service for me and for that I give them a 10. I give them a 10 for the work they did on my vehicle also. They even detailed my car. The tiny scratch just kept me from giving an overall 10. I want to give an honest review and think I did. I would highly recommend letting them fix your car. You would be dealing with the best body shop in a hundred mile radius. Probably in the entire state of Missouri..
