They were amazing. Between my vacation and then having Covid, I just couldn’t deal with getting my car repaired, luckily they handled EVERYTHING. So smooth. All I had to do was drop off the car. Lisa handled getting the repair done, contacting my insurance and they even detailed my car before it was picked up. I can’t express enough how easy they made my car repair!

The whole staff at Crash Champions was wonderful. I had an accident out of state on my way to Branson. So I had no idea where to go. Glad I choose Crash Champions, the whole staff made me comfortable and helped me with the process. Communication was great, my car was even done before promised!! I highly recommend Shelley!!

I worked with Lisa for this repair on Luigi and I cannot express how amazing she is. Throughout the entire process she has been kind, helpful, transparent about issues, accommodating to our families need, and all around an amazing person. She is the type of employee that companies need and need to cherish because her way of working with customers can do nothing but improve your business. Not once did I get the typical frustration from a business with having to deal with an import car. That has become so standard when I have needed anything done for Luigi that it was such a relief to not experience that through Crash Champions. The work done was impeccable and it looks amazing, I will absolutely be back is we need anything else and would highly recommend Crash Champions to anyone needing similar work done.

I worked with Lisa regarding damage to my Fiat after being hit by a deer. She was absolutely amazing for the entire process. She was kind, helpful, transparent on issues and delays that came up, accommodating for our families needs and schedule, and all around a wonderful person. Generally having an import I get frustration from the companies I have gone to for even basic things needing to be done but that was not once the case here. There was a backorder issue for a part and rather than just waiting for it to come in Lisa worked with their parts people to look elsewhere for what was needed. She is the type of employee more companies need and when places have them, those employees need to be taken care of to make them want to stay. She will do nothing but improve this business by the way she treats customers. The work done on Luigi looks fantastic, he looks like a brand new little bug. So very pleased with this company, I would absolutely come back if any other work was needed and would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.
