Lisa went above and beyond (even staying late on her son’s birthday) to help me resolve the payment issue with SilverRock so I could get my car back tonight. It would have been easy for her to send me home and tell me to come back tomorrow but she stayed until it was complete and made sure I left happy and with my car!

the girls that work the front office area (reception and estimates to completion) were always very pleasant and professional to talk to. otger shops when you take a car in you can be made to feel stupid about cars but they made a point to let ne know what was being done

Lisa worked with us from the first day our car was in the shop and kept us very apprised of what was going on/when things would be completed. I’ve never had to deal with anything like this before and she and the shop went above and beyond the call of duty in easing the frustration of the wreck, and making sure the car looked just as good as it did when we bought it a few weeks before. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, they absolutely have my business.
