Overall my experience was really a great experience quality of the repairs are AMAZING, Shelly kept me informed from the minute the vehicle was towed to their shop up until I picked up the vehicle. All repairs were finished a very timely manner given the damages it sustained in an accident. The only thing that has not been resolved is my IL License Plate is MIA. It was on the trucks front bumper, (not hanging off in any way just bent from the impact of the crash, that was sustained when I was sitting still with my feet on the break) Placed a call to Shelly to see if the plate was still attached to the original bumper. She quickly called me back to let me know that it was not on the vehicle when it was towed to their shop, she suggested calling the original tow company to see if they had the plate. I did exactly that and no one seems to know anything concerning the whereabouts of the plate. I will try again tomorrow to make contact with the second towing company that was used to retrieve it from Affordable Towing which BTW is not Affordable at all. They will ROB you of $ anyway they can think of. Overall though their work and constant updates are number one. I would absolutely recommend their professional work.
