I took my truck to Crash Champions to repair what the insurance adjustor said was a small repair. Crash Champions noted that more work than what the adjustor stated needed to be done. They went to bat for me and took care of everything. Making sure my truck was repaired in the way it needed to be done. Thanks again

First if all Russell is a kind, caring individual. I liked the personal updates by phone. He got my parts ordered promptly and car in quickly. When they needed a necessary part and thought it would be a month delay they called all around and found one. I received my car back the very day they expected it done originally. My car was washed prior to driving off. The rental process was simple.

I was impressed with the process from beginning to end. From Russell evaluating my car, to getting it in quick, to ordering and finding a part faster then they thought it would be and washing the car and pulling it up to the front door. Also, with how easy it was to get a rental car and return it.

From beginning to end it was a great experience. Everything went smoothly and we were very pleased with the service that was received. My daughter actually tan and hugged her car. They may have thought we were a little crazy. 😆 They kept us up to date on what was being done and we actually got it a couple days before we were supposed to, so I would definitely say that was a plus. Would definitely use them again and also recommend the company.

I had to rely on my on my insurance company's recommendation but I have to say that Crash Champions and their spokesperson Russell have been extremely responsive and forthcoming about the process of repairing my car. I am in St. Louis and at a fair distance from Branson but have felt comfortable with what was happening with my vehicle.
